Who this is for
Builders, contractors, designers, facilities managers and anyone specifying equipment for someone else — a client, a site, a business, a portfolio of properties.
The buying problem is different from a homeowner's. You are working to a programme, you need to know what clears a doorway before the wall goes up, and you need the delivery to land on a day that suits a schedule rather than a Saturday.
What to tell us
- Your business, and what you are specifying.
- Quantities, and whether this repeats.
- The sites, and the dates you are working to.
- Access at each site — a full trailer, a smaller truck, a loading dock, or none of those.
- Whether you need documentation for a specifier, a building control officer or a client.

Straight about where we are
Venerabull is early. We would rather tell you that than publish terms we have not earned. Purchase-order billing, account terms and volume pricing are not published, because they are decided per project right now rather than set as policy. Ask, and we will give you a straight answer about your specific job instead of a page of conditions with exceptions buried in them.
If that is not enough certainty for the project you are running, that is a fair conclusion to reach, and we would rather you reached it before an order than after one.
